The purpose of the present research is to identify the framework of the relationships of progressive challenges for implementing electronic education with interpretive structural modeling approach (ISM) in the National Gas Company of Iran. The methodology of the research from the viewpoint of purpose is functional and from the viewpoint of data gathering is qualitative. In this research, first the related evidence and research were examined based on accessible sampling method. Then, identification of the items related to challenges of applying electronic education was done. In the next step, based on interactive management method and by using interpretive structural modeling (ISM) software, which is one of the methods of qualitative research, the viewpoints of 7 experts in the field of electronic education in the National Gas Company of Iran, who were selected purposefully, 7 items were determined as the final challenges of applying electronic education. Eventually, the structure of the relationships among these items and the level of their significance was depicted in the form of an interactive network. According to the final results of the survey, the most important critical factors of application of electronic education in the staff section of the national gas organization were in lack of instruction and weakness in providing laws and regulations, lack of algorithm and specific executive method, weakness in network communication, improper information giving about the capacities of electronic education, insufficient content, incorrect execution of electronic education, and lack of incentive on the side of staff members. identification of the interrelation of critical factors showed that lack of instruction and weakness in providing laws and regulations was one of the most fundamental challenges of applying electronic education in the national gas organization, which has had remarkable impact on other critical factors. The applications of the findings of the research and suggestions for future research have been provided at the end of the paper. Manuscript profile

This research aims to provide a model for the continued use of e-learning in work environments (Headquarters of the State Tax Administration). The present study is a descriptive survey type in terms of the applied purpose, in terms of the type of mixed data. For collecting data, a library method, a semi-structured interview, a researcher-made questionnaire, and factors affecting continuity were used. The formal validity of the questionnaire was obtained through pilot implementation, content validity through comprehensive literature review and judgment of experts, and construct validity using a confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis. The reliability of the questionnaire was estimated to be 0.93 by calculating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Qualitative data analysis was done through coding. Quantitative data analysis was performed using SPSS and LISREL software. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics including exploratory factor analysis to determine the factors and components of the model and the confirmatory factor analysis using the structural equation modeling technique for presenting the model through LISREL software have been used. The findings showed that the quality of the system experts, organizational support and expected performance with frequency 12, have the first priority, respectively, in system factors, organizational factors and individual factors. Also, the age of 7 is among the demographic (demographic) factors of the first priority. The share of "system factors", "organizational factors", "human factors" and "demographic factors" was 48%, 36%, 28% and 19% respectively for continued use of e-learning. Finally, a model for continuing use of e-learning in the headquarters of the State Tax Administration was presented based on its effective factors and its components. Manuscript profile

Learning is the only source of sustainable strategic advantage for companies. New technologies, including e-learning, have created a variety of training opportunities for corporate employees. But the continuity of these courses is of great importance. The main purpose of this research is the effect of continuing e-learning on the professional development of employees. The research method is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this research was 924 employees of Communication Services Company, 272 people were selected by random sampling and completed 260 standard electronic questionnaires. To analyze the data, independent t-test, ANOVA, correlation coefficient, and linear regression were used. The mean score of e-learning and professional development of the staff of Communication Services Company is higher than the average. The interest in the continuity of e-learning (4.61) shows that perceived applicability and integrity have the highest score and perceived merit lower score. Also, e-learning in the three subscales of user satisfaction, perceived intimacy, and interest in continuing learning has had the most significant impact on the increase of professional development of employees. The continuity of e-learning in communication services company has relatively high effectiveness. Perceived communication component, usability, internal motivation, interest in perceived self-retention e-learning, user satisfaction, information quality, and perceived competence have the highest mean. The purpose of this study was to identify and evaluate the effective factors of e-learning culture for IT adoption and SCRM deployment in Shargh Cement Company. The qualitative and objective research approach is a thematic exploratory study in which 25 managers of shargh cement and experts in this field were selected through semi-structured interviews through simple random sampling method. Findings The research identifies seven major themes, or factors, affecting e-learning culture for IT adoption and SCRM deployment. The seven themes are structural factors, behavioral factors, environmental factors, processes, outputs, effects and outcomes. 146 codes were extracted from these main themes in the context of the interviews. From these main themes, 75 concepts were extracted based on conceptual similarity, categorization, and composition. Then, the role of each of the subcategories in creating an e-learning culture for IT adoption and SCRM deployment was examined. Manuscript profile

Digital technologies have become an important part of education and educational activists pay special attention to these technologies in order to increase learners' engagement in three dimensions: cognitive, emotional and behavioral. Video is the most popular e-learning medium, but with the development of interactive video technology and the possibility of more learner interaction with content, it is important to examine the effects of interactive video on learners' engagement. The purpose of this study is to answer the question which of the linear video and interactive video have the greatest impact on learners' engagement and whether this effect is different in learning styles. For this purpose, in an experimental design, a training course was designed, half of which was presented as a linear video and the other half as an interactive video. The statistical population was educational specialist and training and development specialist who were selected by purposive and available sampling of 55 people. After completing the course, learners completed an engagement questionnaire and answered the four-choice test questions of the course. The internal validity of these two instruments was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which was the participation evaluation form (0.878) and test (0.824). Using repeated measures design and paired t-test, the results showed that interactive video compared to linear video is significantly more effective on learners' engagement in three dimensions of cognitive, emotional and behavioral and is recommended to training and development specialists to use interactive videos. The theoretical and practical effects and applications of these findings in the field of organizational training and development are discussed. Manuscript profile

Electronic education and learning is one of the subjects which has recently received great attention in the educational system. Hence it is important to investigate the factors that have a significant impact on the success of the electronic education process and lead to the improvement or reduction of the quality of this educational system. In this regard, the present study ought to provide a comprehensive classification of effective factors in the e-learning system by using the mixed method. First, this study by using the mixed method (theme analysis) method, tried to provide a comprehensive classification of effective factors in the e-learning system, and then by using TOPSIS method the factors were ranked. With regard to the goal, this was an applied research and in terms of time it is a cross-sectional. The participants in the research were employees, professors and students in different fields of Tehran University. 15 individuals were selected after theoretical saturation and the data was collected through semi-structured interviews. By analyzing the obtained data, 43 organizing themes were extracted from the codes, and with further consideration the researchers reached 6 main and comprehensive themes. As the result of ranking revealed, the factors including standardization of e-learning, content interaction, documentation and monitoring of education, and the factors of pedagogy and educational design have the greatest impact, and the factors including increase in perceived usefulness, personal and skill improvement, and network learning have the least impact.
